This reimagined concept will redefine exclusivity by celebrating inclusivity, breaking away from conventional club hierarchies to create an elevated yet accessible space. From building relationships with premium brands and influencers to collaborating with businesses and concierge services, you will comfortably establish a network that attracts and retains an engaged and diverse VIP audience.
You should also lead the charge in nurturing this community, creating unforgettable experiences that embody the energy of a 90s cultural renaissance and deliver on our promise of a No Velvet Rope ethos.
This role will involve curating seamless and exceptional experiences at every touch point, from booking confirmation to departure, all while managing and inspiring a top-performing VIP team.

You will not accept anything but high-quality service across all VIP service points, maintaining consistency and efficiency throughout.
You will lead and manage the VIP team, including waitstaff, hosts, and bartenders, to deliver exceptional service and attention to detail.
Serving as the primary contact for VIP guests, promptly addressing and resolving any issues that arise during their visit.
You will successfully drive VIP bookings by managing and expanding the VIP customer database, focusing on nurturing relationships to secure repeat bookings.
A key part of this role will be for you to follow up booking leads and develop strategies to up-sell VIP experiences and packages.
You will collaborate with the Marketing team to craft a VIP-targeted marketing plan that increases engagement and visibility.
You will be able to develop and promote special occasion packages, offering up-sell options for birthdays, anniversaries, and other celebrations.

You will confidently build a comprehensive sales plan to drive membership growth, incorporating special offers, launch events, and clear messaging around membership benefits.
Tailoring the marketing to reach the target audience effectively, emphasising the exclusive access and experiences Ministry of Sound offers.
You will create, develop and implement a member retention strategy to foster long-term loyalty and minimize attrition.
This includes offering anniversary gifts, and “member-only”quarterly events at The Ministry.
You will also conduct regular feedback activations and analyse usage patterns and engagement levels, using this data to proactively reach out to less active members with personalized offers or invitations, re-engaging them and reinforcing the value of their membership.
ABOUT US
Ministry of Sound opened in 1991 in a disused bus garage in a forgotten corner of South London. It was the first nightclub in the UK to have a 24-hour licence, didn’t serve alcohol and featured an earth-shaking sound system in a specially constructed dance box.
We went on to become the world’s largest independent record company, now with Sony, and stage giant dance events, including one for over 50,000 people at the O2 during the millennium.
We were pioneers in electronic music and still have a history of taking risks, innovation, and colourful and creative marketing.
Thirty years later we opened The Ministry, a workspace run as a member’s club, in a 50,000 sq. ft Victorian warehouse in SE1.
The design is relaxed but functional with a bar, opening windows, an outside courtyard and plenty of space to sit, relax, work and socialise – everything you wouldn’t expect to find in a standard office.
There’s great home-cooked F&B, a state-of-the-art gym and fitness studio with daily classes, together with a cultural and business events programme.
As a business, we don’t take ourselves too seriously, like to laugh and have fun, but we have high standards, a relentless attention to detail and the continuous improvement of our product, and we work hard as a team.
We hate cliché, doing things the way others do and continuously seek to differentiate our brands and products almost as a point of pride.
