Brands & Culture returned to Ministry of Sound in 2026 for a two-day conference bringing together 300 brand leaders, marketers, creators and cultural thinkers to explore how brands connect with and influence culture. The programme featured speakers from organisations including Depop, Channel 4, Revolut, Proper Snacks, Universal Music Group and more, with a different line-up and agenda across each day.
The event began with a fully branded arrival experience that extended across the external approach to the venue. Custom entrance wayfinding guided guests through a series of pre-entry touchpoints, including badge collection, a greeter station and registration areas positioned before entry into the main building. This created a structured arrival flow, ensuring delegates were directed smoothly into the venue.
The courtyard played a central role in the event across both days, functioning as one of the key networking and activation spaces. It was set up with relaxed seating, including bean bags and beach-style chairs positioned to face a large LED screen, creating a social, open-air feel within the venue footprint. A branded Aperol van activated one corner of the space, while the bar was split into two functions, serving breakfast and coffee on one side and drinks on the other. The courtyard also hosted full catering service across both days, including breakfast and lunch, making it a constant point of activity rather than a transitional space.
Alongside this, Global Street Art delivered a live drawing activation at the edge of the courtyard and entrance area. Over the two days, an artist created evolving illustrations responding to culture and current events, adding a dynamic visual layer to the environment.
Inside the venue, branding was applied across all digital screens and surfaces, with a colourful and connected visual identity running through. The Box acted as the main conference stage for both days, hosting keynote presentations and talks. A custom-branded backdrop was installed behind the speaker stage, supported by full AV integration and venue-wide screens, ensuring consistency of content delivery and branding throughout each session.
The structure of the event was deliberately split across two distinct days, with different speakers, keynotes and content on each day rather than a repeated programme. After sessions in The Box, attendees were able to move freely into breakout spaces or the courtyard, creating a flexible flow between structured content and informal networking.

The Loft, Baby Box and Lounge were all activated across the programme for breakout sessions, workshops and partner-led discussions. These spaces provided smaller, focused environments alongside the main stage content and courtyard activity, allowing attendees to tailor their experience across the venue.
The result was a fully utilised venue where all spaces operated in parallel across the two days. Structured conference content in The Box, breakout learning in the Loft, Baby Box and Lounge, and continuous networking and activation in the courtyard created a connected experience that supported both planned sessions and informal interaction throughout the event.
