A conference to connect business leaders and educate through round table panel talks.
The brief was straight forward; the client wanted a technology-enhanced space that could also be utilised as a lounge area as well as panel talk section. Large media walls featuring instant information, update capabilities, registration desks, coffee bars, lounge seating, networking activities and bespoke branding were all installed in The White Space to create ‘The Studio’.
Working with Routes Coffee and Boulevard Events, a fully serviced DDR package was catered for the event around a flexible schedule resembling an airport lounge-style service. The breakouts were hosted via video conferencing facilities to make the tribe sessions fully hybrid and allow for the international audience to interact with the round tables in real time
