More than 600 hospitality industry professionals gathered at Ministry of Sound for The Brit List Awards, Hotel Designs’ annual celebration of the designers, architects, hoteliers and suppliers shaping the future of hospitality. Marking another sold-out year, the event combined awards, networking and entertainment across the venue’s multiple spaces.
Guests arrived via a custom carpeted entrance in the courtyard before entering a fully branded venue experience. Digital branding was integrated throughout Ministry of Sound, ensuring sponsors and event messaging remained visible at every stage of the guest journey. The courtyard also featured a bespoke sponsor activation area, complete with a custom amenities wall and a bathtub filled with curated goodie bags.
The 103 welcomed guests for a prosecco reception and networking ahead of the awards ceremony. At the centre of the space sat a bespoke bed installation created by headline sponsor Hypnos, providing a striking focal point and one of the evening’s most photographed features. Custom branding extended across the space, transforming The 103 into an immersive extension of the event identity.
The Box hosted the main awards ceremony, where guests gathered to celebrate excellence across the hospitality and design sectors. A presenter-led awards programme was supported by the venue’s AV infrastructure, while digital screens throughout the space carried event branding and sponsor messaging. Live painters and themed performers added an extra layer of entertainment, creating a more immersive experience than a traditional awards ceremony.
The Lounge was transformed into a dedicated VIP area for speakers, partners and special guests. Styled with branded touches and custom sleep masks supplied by Hypnos, it provided a quieter space away from the main event while maintaining a connection to the evening’s sponsor activity.
As the awards concluded, the event naturally transitioned into a celebration, with dancers and entertainment continuing throughout the venue as guests networked long into the evening.
