Wingstop Connect 2026 brought together 250 team members, suppliers and partners from across the UK and Ireland for a day of presentations, networking and shared planning at Ministry of Sound.
Guests arrived through a fully branded entrance, with custom hoarding installed across the front gate to create a strong first impression. Branding continued throughout the venue, with bespoke content displayed across digital screens and touchpoints from arrival through to the close of the event.
The Box served as the main conference space, arranged in a theatre layout for keynote presentations and company updates. As one of the first major events to take place in the newly refurbished Box, the event made full use of the room’s production capabilities. Custom content was displayed across the LED wall, while additional video walls were installed to create a larger stage set and maximise visibility throughout the space.
The 103 acted as the central networking hub, where delegates gathered between sessions and throughout the day. Tea, coffee and refreshments were served during conference breaks, while street food bowls formed part of the catering offering. The space provided a natural setting for informal conversations and networking between presentations.
Following the conference programme, guests returned to The 103 for a drinks reception, allowing teams, suppliers and partners to continue discussions in a more relaxed setting.
With venue-wide branding, a high-production conference setup and multiple spaces working together throughout the day, Wingstop Connect 2026 demonstrated how Ministry of Sound can be adapted for large-scale corporate events while maintaining a seamless delegate experience throughout.
